4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Data Processing
We collect and process customer personal data only when necessary for the business operations of Advertising Kioski and to deliver the desired service to the customer, and we have the customer’s consent. The personal data we use is primarily collected directly from the customer via phone, email, or electronic/printable forms. The purpose of the collected personal data is to create and maintain customer relationships.

The data stored in the register includes information provided by the customer, used primarily to create and maintain customer relationships.
The personal data collected from the customer includes: name and email address.
Advertising Kioski corrects or deletes data in the register on its own initiative when it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose.

The data controller compiles the register with information that the customer provides through messages sent via web forms.
7. Regular Disclosures of Data and Transfer Outside the EU or EEA
Advertising Kioski Oy does not disclose data for any purpose other than for use by Advertising Kioski Oy as mentioned in section 4. Only those employees of Advertising Kioski Oy who need the data for their job functions have access to the register.
Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.
8. Principles of Register Protection
The data in the register is stored on Advertising Kioski Oy’s server, which is protected by operating system security software. Access to the system requires a username and password. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. Only certain, pre-defined employees of the data controller have access to and are authorized to use the data in the register. The registers are located in a locked space.
9. Right to Access and Correct Data
Every person in the register has the right to check their stored data and request the correction of any incorrect or incomplete data. If a person wishes to check their stored data or request corrections, they must send a written request to the data controller (contact information in section 2).
The data controller may ask the requester to verify their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time stipulated by the EU Data Protection Regulation (usually within a month).
10. Other Rights Related to Personal Data Processing
A person in the register has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). In this case, the data subject should contact the data controller (contact information in section 2).
The data controller may ask the requester to verify their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time stipulated by the EU Data Protection Regulation (usually within a month).
11. Cookies
This website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that the internet browser saves on the user’s device. Advertising Kioski Oy uses cookies for visitor tracking and statistics as well as for website development. User personal data is not combined with visitor information. You can modify cookie settings via the “Manage Cookies” button below.
Google Analytics is used for tracking and statistics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service maintained by Google Inc. (hereafter Google). The service stores cookies on the user’s device to analyze the use of the website. Information added to the cookie is transmitted to and stored by the service provider’s servers. Google servers may be located outside the EU or EEA. Google uses this information to evaluate the use of the website, compile usage reports for the website owner, and enable targeted advertising for website users. The service provider may disclose the information to third parties if required by law.
The website includes Tawk.to live chat, which collects the visitor’s location, IP address, written messages, and last visit.
The website also uses Hotjar, an analytics service that records mouse movements and clicks. This helps identify website issues, such as non-user-friendly buttons and menus, and which page the visitor left from. The service also collects heat maps to see which parts of the site were scrolled and clicked the most.
Additionally, the site uses Albacross to identify companies visiting the website and the pages they view during their session. Albacross does not collect personal data.
